Easy peasy lemon squeezy! First decide which game(s), or package rentals you’re interested in. Fill out the corresponding reservation form with your event specifics, and we’ll follow up with our availability and a complete quote. You’ll pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date, with the remaining 50% balance to be paid one week prior to the big day.
Yes we can deliver and collect Bali-wide. Delivery charge for drop-off and pick up varies depending on location and items rented.
Yes! We have several value-added packages based on types and size of events. If you’d like to customise let us know and we’re happy to discuss.
Payment is by Credit or Debit Card or bank transfer. Payments are due upon booking. Apologies, but we do not accept cash on delivery.
Yes, all rentals are charged a damage deposit, refundable upon return of the games in good, clean condition with all parts/pieces intact.
Bookings may be canceled up to 7 days before collection. For any bookings canceled after this date, a charge of 50% of the original rental will apply, less dellivery fees.
We try our darndest to accommodate every request, including rental package customizations, so feel free to ask away! Who knows, we might even already have that game in the works.
Most of our games are very particular to set up and require specific tools, so unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer self-service rentals. Besides we don’t want you to have to do a thing except enjoy your party!
